Shipping Policy:
Local Pickup can be used for local customers during our normal business hours. You will receive an email from our team that your order has been picked and ready for pickup. Please don't come for a pickup until you have received your confirmation that the order is ready to pickup. If you have any questions you may call to check on timing before coming also at our normal office number 480-718-9800
Orders placed for items in stock at the time of the order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the time the order is received and confirmed. You will receive an email from our team with information about the shipment so you will know when to expect the item(s) to arrive.
Orders placed for items not in stock at the time of the order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the product becoming available. Some items can be backordered for longer periods of time and our customer service team will make every effort to provide you with the best information possible on the estimated availability timing based on what is known at the time of the order. Please understand that we are not fully in control of timing for many items that are sold in our kits and we may be subject to delays by another outside vendor. We will make every effort to maintain open communication about timing to the best of our ability and the information provided by our outside vendors.
Orders are normally shipped via UPS, or FedEx and shipping charges are normally applied at the time you place your order. If for any reason your item(s) are too large or too heavy and must be shipped by a freight carrier a customer service person will contact you to organize and quote the appropriate freight charges for your order. Sometimes orders calculate shipping charges that are not correct and we may have to contact you to collect some additional charges to cover the cost of shipping your item(s) to you. We try to avoid this at all times but in some cases with multiple items, large items, out of country shipments, or rural addresses the automated calculations under estimate and we are forced to correct the total shipping amounts. In this case a customer service representative will contact you to collect the additional amounts required. If you don't agree with the the added shipping charges you will have the option to cancel your order but you will be subject to all of our normal order cancelation and refund policies which may include a deduction in your total amount refunded for an order canceled before shipping.
