Refund policy

Returns / Refunds:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns must be pre-approved by calling or emailing with a request to return and you must receive a confirmation approval back from our customer support team before returning any item(s).  Any goods that are returned without authorization will not be accepted or eligible for any credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price.

Any order that is placed and then canceled for any reason before the order is shipped will be subject to a refund deduction of 3%-7% of the full amount paid depending on which payment method was used to order your item(s).  The amount of the deduction will be determined at the time a request is received and you will be notified of the total amount that is being refunded to you less any fees. 

To start a return, you can contact us at adaptapanel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items that have been used or installed. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of use Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at adaptapanel@gmail.com to get prior approval to send the items back.  Once approved and you have received a return authorization you may send your item to: 4725 E. Shipping
To return your product, after receiving authorization to return the item(s) you should mail your product to: 4725 E. Ivy Street, Suite 102 Mesa Arizona US 85205

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not accept responsibility for lost items that are not received and signed for by one of our authorized representatives.
